Registration Information
Annual Meeting of the Pavlovian Society
September 25 - 27, 2003; Bloomington, IN USA

The registration fee for the Pavlovian Society Conference includes:

-                      Participation in all conference sessions

-                      Conference materials

-                      Opening reception

-                      Reception and Poster Session on Friday evening

-                      Continental breakfast on Friday and Saturday morning

-                      Morning and afternoon refreshments   

-           Banquet, keynote address, and awards ceremony on Saturday night

Registration for the conference will be accepted beginning Tuesday June 2^nd and will continue up to and including Thursday, September 25^th.  For planning purposes, we request that all participants including presenters pre-register.  For those unable to pre-register, on-site registration will be available in the Conference Lounge of the Indiana Memorial Union on Thursday, September 25th from 2:00pm – 6:00pm and from 7:30am – 10:00am on Friday, September 26^th.  Note that only cash or checks will be accepted during on-site registration; no credit cards will be accepted at that time.

Conference fees:

• Full Registration: $115

• Post-doctoral students: $50

• Students (graduate and undergraduate): $20

Cancellation of Registration:

Registration fees will be fully refunded up to September 1.  Cancellations after September 1 will be subject to a $10 service charge.  Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing - email is acceptable - and sent to Jeff Wilson at the address above or via email - wjwilson@pavlovian.org prior to Thursday, September 25^th.

Special Requests:

Please make note on your registration form of any special dietary or accommodation requests.  If you are a vegetarian and will be attending the banquet, please let us know of this dietary preference so that we can accommodate your needs.
